We know that receiving orders promptly during the holiday season is important. For those of you ordering holiday gifts from Open Texture, we want to make sure you know how we process or orders at this busy time of year.

Except in rare circumstances, orders for in-stock merchandise ship within two business days during the holiday season, after you place your order. We do not ship orders on weekends.

During the holiday season, orders will not ship on the following dates:

• December 24, 25, 26, and 31
• January 1, 2

Please keep this in mind as you plan your holiday ordering.

We offer a wide variety of shipping options for the holiday, including USPS and DHL. Here are some guidelines we're prepared to insure that we meet your expectations for holiday service.

• We strongly discourage using our Free Shipping offer if you need to receive an order or want to insure a gift order's arrival. We cannot guarantee transit time for Free Shipping.
• For USPS and UPS Ground shipments, please add four (4) days transit time to account for holiday shipping delays.
• For USPS Priority shipping, we recommend placing your order by December 15 to insure arrival by December 25.
• For DHL ground shipping options, we recommend placing your order by December 15.
• For DHL 2-day and 3-day shipping options, we recommend placing your order by December 19.
• For DHL overnight, we recommend placing your order by December 20.
• International orders require extra time in transit and may be held for customs. Consult your local postal service for more information.
